According to UNESCO, culture is “the set of distinctive spiritual, material, intellectual and emotional features of society or a social group“. This definition, from a sociological point of view, encompasses different meanings, such as social practices of groups that share common cultural traits.
What about organizational culture?
Organizational culture is “the personality of the organization, which characterizes its way of being and doing things, based on its values, mission and vision”, according to its technical definition.
In that sense, there are different types of organizational culture. One of them, the one that represents the spirit of MBI Talent Group, is the culture focused on people. It is the type of culture in which special importance is given to the people who are part of the organization, and great efforts are made to ensure their comfort, motivation and well-being.
